Join us for 2 hour pottery wheel class. You will learn to center your clay on the wheel, and create a bowl / vessel. Try it classes are great for all levels. Class includes instruction, demonstration and the basic for beginning to use the wheel. You will prepare your clay and learn to properly clean and care for the wheel. Please dress for mess and bring an apron or towel for your lap. Aprons are not provided. Firing your piece is not included in the $35 price. This is a true TRY IT class! You can make as many pieces as you want and if you'd like to keep pots, it will be a $15 per pot firing fee. You will return to glaze you pot after approx. 2 weeks. All pots are ONLY HELD for 30 days no exceptions. No refunds or rescheduling of classes due to class size and availability. Witch Hat Lantern Age 13+ LEOMINSTER

In this class, you will learn how to make a WITCH HAT LANTERN using your creativity and imagination. Our experienced instructor will guide you through the process from start to finish. The class fee is $45 and it includes all the required materials for making a lantern. Once complete, your lantern will be left with us to dry for two weeks. During this time, the clay will slowly dry to prevent cracking. After two weeks, you will be notified via email that your lantern is ready to be picked up. You can come to studio to paint or we can pack up glazes for you to paint at home. Then your lantern will need an additional firing, which will add a shiny finish to your witchy lantern.  The class fee of $45 includes all materials, guidance from our instructor, and the opportunity to make a one-of-a-kind witchy lantern. *ON RARE OCCASION clay projects have accidents in the kiln. Join us for our resin class using dried flowers and/or sea glass! In this class, you will learn how to use resin to create beautiful and unique pieces of art using dried flowers and/or sea glass. We will provide you with all the necessary materials and tools, but feel free to bring your own dried flowers/sea glass or other treasures to incorporate into your artwork. In this class, we will provide step-by-step instructions for creating your masterpiece. We will cover safety tips and hazards associated with working with resin. Your frames will be provided by us and will be ready to pick up the next day, after which they will be held for a maximum of seven days. During the class, you will learn how to mix and pour resin, how to position your materials to achieve the desired effect, and how to use various techniques to create designs and textures in your artwork.
